Our Parish of Bix & Assendon is located in South Oxfordshire, lying approximately 20 miles South East of Oxford and consists of three small hamlets: Lower Assendon, Middle Assendon and Bix.

Extra garden waste collected for permit holders this November

Residents with a garden waste collection permit in South Oxfordshire or the Vale of White Horse can have extra garden waste collected for free. The collection will take place on their normal scheduled collection day between 2 November and 13 November 2026.
